Upgrade of blakestown way to incorporate a south bound bus corrider and upgrade of footway and cycleway facilities. To include site clearance removal of old footpath, installation of new services public lighting, traffic lights, toucan crossings and bus shelters together with the full construction of new footpath, cycle track and full plane out and overlay of the existing carriageway.
